The design goal of the QR series is to offer today’s most advanced technology in a perfectly finished compact package. The sound is big and bold, pleasant and detailed – excellent for all types of music.
Featuring a new Audiovector drive unit which has the ability to work like a perfect piston over several octaves of the frequency band without the distortion normally found in aluminium/diamond drive units while also allowing the use of very amplifier-friendly filters. This means music sounds warm, precise and detailed, yet dynamic and musical even with low-power amplifiers.
The fascia plate is machined from a single piece of Aerospace Grade Aluminum. It has been precision machined, glass blasted, brushed and then anodized in a beautiful Tungsten Titanium Grey colour. It features a gold plated dispersion mesh, which works as an S-Stop filter and improves driver integration.
There are minor finish imperfections to one of the speakers paint laquer ,which is only noticeable under particular lighting. They are in fully working condition and supplied with the grilles and original packaging.
