RB200 Tonearm Anti-Skate Repair
Rega's RB200 tonearm is a beautiful piece of engineering, however it has one major flaw, which is the deterioration of the belt which controls the anti-skate mechanism. Over time, this plastic belt oxidises and crumbles away, which can leave the anti-skate improperly set, leading to poor quality playback and possible damage to your cartridge stylus.
While original replacement belts are no longer available, we have access to replica 3D-printed belts which can be fitted to these older arms and will restore proper anti-skate functionality.
The replacement process is quite complex, as the entire tonearm must be disassembled to reach the belt.
The price includes a new anti-skate belt, installation and anti-skate setup.
