This is an album I “re-discovered” a few years ago while archiving.
Couldn’t believe I had neglected it.
In truth, if anyone is getting into Greenslade for the first time, the highlight of their catalogue has got to be “Time & Tide”.
It even has the benefit of a TV theme tune (Gangsters!)
Most of the Greenslade cover paintings featured the trademark Roger Dean artwork but “Time & Tide” switches to the lesser known Patrick Woodroffe who kept the motif but sharpened it to dramatic effect.
In support of their pensions, I would say all the Greenslade albums are most definitely worth collecting! :)
Good choice, Gary!
