Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply specifically to Loud & Clear gift cards.

Please note: Online and in-store gift cards operate differently. Online gift cards are redeemed in a single transaction, whereas in-store gift cards can be used over multiple visits until the balance is exhausted.

Online Gift Card Use

Gift cards purchased for online use can be redeemed exclusively through our webshop.

At checkout, simply enter your gift card number in the discount code box. Online gift cards are single-use only and must be redeemed in full in a single transaction.

If the value of your purchase exceeds the value of your gift card, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.

If your purchase is less than the value of your gift card, any unused balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or carried forward to a future purchase.

In-Store Gift Card Use

In-store gift cards can be purchased and redeemed at our showroom:

Unlike our online gift cards, in-store gift cards may be used across multiple transactions until the available balance has been fully redeemed.

If your purchase exceeds the remaining balance on your gift card, you can simply pay the difference using another payment method.

Gift card credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to a customer account balance.

In-store gift cards may also be used to pay for orders placed over the telephone or via bank transfer. Please contact us before placing your order if you wish to use your gift card in this way.

Expiration & Validity

All gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

After the expiry date, any unused balance will expire automatically and cannot be redeemed or reinstated.
